When I clicked on "Click here to go the new Small Business Answers and Information," I was invited to search through 583,376 articles. (In other words, you gave me a wrong link!) Nevertheless, I persisted. So I tried the "Quick Support Link" which took me to a page that informed me that "Small Business Answers and Information has moved". So this "solution" is not really a solution at all. But I tried again, filled in the fields, and when I hit "Submit" I once again got a blank page at. "Chat" on a website is not the same thing.Īlso, when I followed the "Direct Chat Support" link, I got the same page that didn't work before. However, in the English language the word "speak" usually means using the voice to communicate with another human being who can hear you and also respond verbally.
